Joining Noblis on this 5-year multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is an outstanding team that includes the following large and small business teammates: TASC, Amyx, BVTI, Integrity Management Consulting, LRS Federal, Othon Group International, and VIRE Consulting.

The two-year task order award was issued on a DHS-wide contract vehicle set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and their pre-approved teams of subcontract partners. This IDIQ contract vehicle is called PACTS, for its four functional categories (FCs): Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services. BVTI is the only prime in both Program Management (FC1) and Technical Services (FC4). BVTI provides national preparedness and mission-critical solutions to DHS and its components.
