Quality Assurance Program

BVTI ensures quality by following processes associated with quality including planning, defining requirements, measuring, performing associated tasks, and reporting. The method for assessing quality is determined for each project (e.g. inspections, surveys, sampling, unit testing of software, etc) and the roles and responsibilities of personnel associated with measuring quality are defined and overseen by Project managers. Results are reported to the customer at regular determined intervals and corrective procedures will be taken as defined in the quality plan.
